So what should your site be called?

It is really important that you take time to consider what you would like to name your website.
A catchy name can help your site to get more hits, it will also help it stay fixed in people minds.
A great example of this, is when I was looking to book a hotel in New York. I had spent days looking and could not find the right location at the price I wanted and then suddenly it hit me, Lastminute.com. I went to their site and found a great hotel in the location I wanted and guess what, it was under my budget.
What made me think of them? It wasn’t the offers that they advertised online or on TV, it was the catchy name and logo that was at the very end of the advert.
Domain names are very important, they are the address that bring potential customers to your site.
When choosing a name, try and stick to either a .com or .co.uk, they are, in my opinion, the two main addresses on the internet and will give your website a more trusted name, and trust is everything out here.

How should you Host your website?

A website needs hosting to work on the internet and they get hosted on servers. Servers are the computers that send out the web page information that we request on our web browsers. The bigger your site or the more traffic it has, the bigger server you will need (Sorry turned into yoda then). You can use your own computer as a server, but I wouldn’t attempt it as you will need a lot of power.
