Instead of going to their site you can subscribe to their RSS Feed with your own RSS reader and receive any content that the site updates straight to you RSS reader.
You RSS reader can receive as many feeds as you want it to as long as the web site offers an Rss feed.
This is a great way to save time while online.

You can create Rss feeds for your own web site for your visitors to subscribe to.
When someone has subscribed to your site, everytime they open their reader, your updated content feeds will be listed.
